Our selection procedure is different depending on the position. In order to prepare yourself for this, we will outline the possible steps in our application process:

We would like to get to know you personally as well as your professional career during our interview. We will ask many questions but will also disclose a lot of information about the position and the business, so please to not hesitate to also ask us questions!

It is important for a good application to prepare yourself for the interview process, so have a basis knowledge and do some research on our business, our brands and about the position we are offering. We are looking for authentic personalities who will enrich our team in the Freier Group Austria.


Your application convinced us and we would like to get to know you in a short telephone interview.


Initial interview: We find your application documents interesting and would like to get to know you personally. Depending on the job profile we will now invite you for a personal interview with our Human Resources Consultant or directly in one of our stores with the store manager. Please use this interview to introduce yourself to us, to get to know us, and to ask your questions.


In our round of introductions all participants will be sitting in a circle. You do not need to be nervous! We will ask open questions to achieve an open discussion around the table. All questions will be relevant to the position you are interviewing for. There are no wrong or right answers in this process, we aim to get to know you better and get first impressions of everyone. For this reason we ask all participants to be open and participate actively in the discussion, this will allow us to get to know you on a personal level better. You will also gain knowledge from our side.


The process for our trainee casting is similar to our round of introductions process. However, you will also be ask to roleplay and undertake a knowledge test. “Remember there is no need to be shy just have fun.”
