Rottendorf, 06. 10. 2015

s.Oliver has joined the "Partnership for Sustainable Textiles", an initiation by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. It was founded in October 2014 at the initiative of the German Development Minister Dr. Gerd Müller in order to permanently improve social and ecological conditions in supplier countries.

s.Oliver is firmly convinced of the need for a workable textiles alliance. Now that an ambitious plan of action has been drawn up with the "Partnership for Sustainable Textiles", the management of the s.Oliver Group has approved its entry. The fashion and lifestyle company has been a confirmed member since 24 August 2015.

The s.Oliver Group, which was founded by Bernd Freier in 1969, grew into one of Europe's leading fashion companies within just a few decades. In 2014, the group achieved a brand turnover of 1.62 billion Euros and employed about 7,600 people all over the world. In addition to the s.Oliver, s.Oliver DENIM, s.Oliver PREMIUM and TRIANGLE brands, the company's portfolio also includes comma and Liebeskind Berlin.
