Für einen guten Start in unserem Unternehmen steht Ihnen in den ersten Tagen ein Pate aus Ihrer Fachabteilung zur Seite. Regelmäßige Feedbackrunden mit dem Vorgesetzten und dem Praktikantenbetreuer geben Ihnen Rückmeldung zu Ihrer Arbeit und bieten die Möglichkeit, auf Ihre individuellen Wünsche einzugehen.

Our interns’ breakfast

Damit sich unsere Praktikanten untereinander und abteilungsübergreifend besser kennenlernen, bieten wir eine ganz besondere Networking-Plattform an: unser Praktikantenfrühstück. Im Zwei-Wochen-Rhythmus können Sie hier mit anderen Kollegen ins Gespräch kommen, Erfahrungen austauschen und Kontakte knüpfen.

Neben einer breit gefächerten Einarbeitung „on the job“ erhalten Trainees ein fachliches Trainingsprogramm und nehmen gemeinsam mit Kollegen aus anderen Fachbereichen an interdisziplinären Workshops teil.
