TRAINING
Your Traineeship: For You and Your Future

Of course, the focus of your traineeship is on getting to know different areas and fields in order to give you the best possible preparation for your career. In the process, you’ll meet colleagues from the entire company and apply the theory you learned at your vocational college into practice – always with the support of your trainers and mentors.

  • Duration: 3 years (this may be shortened if necessary)

  • Start date: every September

  • Location: Rottendorf near Würzburg (headquarters, Logistics); across Germany (retail stores)

COOPERATIVE DEGREE
Your Cooperative Degree Program - Combine Theory and Practice

Do you want to immerse yourself in practice, actively support forward-looking projects and take on direct responsibility? At the same time, is it important to you to complete a course of study and thus raise your specialist knowledge to a higher level? Combine both and start your dual study program with the S.OLIVER GROUP. Theoretical phases at the university alternate with practical phases at our company - bringing together the best of both worlds.

  • Duration: 3 years

  • Start date: Winter semester from the beginning of October each year

  • Theory and practical phases: Alternating every three months at the university and in the company
