Our Strategy

On the way to more sustainability: In 2021 we reviewed our sustainability strategy in the areas of People, Planet, and Future and in doing so laid the cornerstone for achieving our goals. With this roadmap for the future, we want to do justice to our responsibility for our fellow human beings and the environment.

People

We want to strengthen fairness and diversity. In doing so, it is important to collaborate in partnership with our suppliers in order to improve working conditions in the long term. A key tool in monitoring our social standards: our Social Compliance Program.

Our focus is on expanding the regenerative use of resources and minimizing our environmental impact. To do so, we are working on an Environmental Compliance Program and setting ambitious goals for protecting the environment.

Our long-term vision is to further develop circular approaches within our value chain. To this end, we take into account defined requirements for materials and processes and are working to keep materials in the value cycle for longer.
