How can we implement our values in our day-to-day work? In 2021 and 2022, we used the Values Weeks format in the company to place a special focus on our corporate values of responsibility, trust, and strength, and to take inspiration from our keynote speakers. In group discussions covering concrete examples we learned and established how these values can be actively integrated into our day-to-day lives and the way we work with our colleagues and partners.
