The S.OLIVER GROUP can look back on a successful 2024 financial year. Despite a challenging market environment, the company was able to consistently continue the turnaround initiated in the previous year and achieve positive EBIT for the first time again. The clear strategic focus of the management and a solid liquidity position contributed significantly to the stabilization.
The S.OLIVER GROUP significantly exceeded the previous year's results. The comma and COPENHAGEN STUDIOS brands contributed significantly to this development.
As part of its strategic development, the management of the S.OLIVER GROUP will be strengthened from September 1, 2025, with Julian and Johannes Rellecke joining the company's management team. As founders of LIEBESKIND BERLIN and managing founders of COPENHAGEN STUDIOS, they have been closely associated with the group for many years.
Julian Rellecke will take over responsibility for product, design, and art direction for all brands. Johannes Rellecke will serve as deputy chairman of the management board. With their many years of experience in the fashion and accessories industry and their entrepreneurial perspective, the brothers bring valuable impetus to the further development of the S.OLIVER GROUP's brand world.
For 2025, the S.OLIVER GROUP plans to expand its international activities, continue to drive forward digitalization and verticalization, and continue to develop its brands in a targeted manner.
Since 1969, the S.OLIVER GROUP has developed into a multilabel company. In addition to the brands s.Oliver and QS, the brand portfolio also includes comma, LIEBESKIND BERLIN, COPENHAGEN STUDIOS and lala Berlin. The Group employs around 4,700 people internationally.
