Christine Schumm leaves s.Oliver Group

The s.Oliver Group has announced that Chief Sourcing Officer (CSO) Ms Christine Schumm has decided to leave the s.Oliver Group for personal reasons on 31 January 2018.

Christine Schumm joined the s.Oliver Group in 1990 as the production manager for the Knock Out brand. In her 27 years with the company, she has successfully held numerous positions. In her capacity as CSO, she joined the executive board in 2012.

"In the past 30 years, Christine Schumm has made a considerable contribution to s. Oliver's success story. She has shaped the sourcing departments in Rottendorf as well as the agencies and also established issues such as sustainability in our company at an early stage. I shall be extremely sorry to see Christine go and will continue to uphold my personal friendship with her," says Bernd Freier, the founder of the Rottendorf-based fashion company which achieves a global turnover in excess of 1.6 billion euros with its brands.
