Heiko Hüdepohl takes over the shoe distribution for s.Oliver in Europe from spring/summer 2026

The S.OLIVER GROUP sets the course for the future.

Starting with the spring/summer collection 2026, Heiko Hüdepohl will take over management of all shoe sales for the s.Oliver brand in Europe. This move strengthens the company's commitment to shoes and bags, as s.Oliver bags will also be sold under his responsibility in future.

With decades of experience in the footwear industry, Heiko Hüdepohl brings with him extensive expertise and an outstanding network. Together with a newly established sales team and field service, he will further develop the brand's presence in Europe. An important step in this process is the establishment of a branch office in Detmold, which will serve as a regional hub.

‘I have known Heiko Hüdepohl for over 20 years and greatly appreciate his qualities and his network. For us, he is the key transfer in the new set-up and an important piece of the puzzle in ensuring consistency and reliable contacts for the retail trade,’ says Michael Heißenberg, Director Product Shoes & Accessories at the headquarters in Rottendorf.

A central component of the new strategy is Hüdepohl's close collaboration with collection development. Thanks to his strong involvement in the design processes, the collections will be even better tailored to the needs of retailers and end customers in the future.

In addition to using the S.OLIVER GROUP's Europe-wide showrooms, the company will continue to be represented by the s.Oliver brand at Expo Riva Schuh – one of the most important international trade fairs for the footwear industry – from spring/summer 2026 onwards. Furthermore, the order centres in Breitscheid and Munich will optimally complement the existing infrastructure to ensure even greater proximity to retailers.

With the strategic continuation of its footwear business, the S.OLIVER GROUP is sending a clear signal and positioning itself as a strong partner for retailers.
