In order to be able to offer our customers optimal services, to make processes more efficient, and to ensure that our workplaces are always state of the art, our s.O Technology colleagues work together across departments and live according to our values: agility instead of silo mentality. Each of them is motivated to take on responsibility for their own projects and to ensure they succeed.
The Technology team at the S.OLIVER GROUP is organized into four close-knit teams that work collaboratively together:
Consumer & Customer Experience: This is where we provide the digital tools we use to reach our customers. These include technological solutions in the store, such as cashless payment systems and digital signage, as well as our online channels, such as the online stores for our end customers and the digital order tool for our retail partners.
Value Chain & Corporate Processes: This team is organized along our value chain and supports our colleagues from Design and Product Development, Sourcing and Purchasing, Logistics, and various administrative departments with the appropriate IT solutions. These also include the digital workplace design for all employees.
Enterprise Architecture & Enabling: The aim of this area is to provide services and platforms that add real value for our customers and for us as a company. This includes automation and monitoring products as well as advanced analytics, machine learning, and the management of our SAP landscapes.
IT Governance & Information Security: This is where we develop structures, guidelines, and business and IT roles to ensure the secure operation of our IT activities and technological infrastructure.
