Our Strategy

On the way to more sustainability: In 2021 we reviewed our sustainability strategy in the areas of People, Planet, and Future and in doing so laid the cornerstone for achieving our goals. With this roadmap for the future, we want to do justice to our responsibility for our fellow human beings and the environment.

We want to strengthen fairness and diversity. In doing so, it is important to collaborate in partnership with our suppliers in order to improve working conditions in the long term. A key tool in monitoring our social standards: our Social Compliance Program.

Responsibility

Embracing responsibility is a longstanding tradition at the S.OLIVER GROUP. We take on responsibility for other people and the environment with initiatives such as supporting the Special Olympics Deutschland e.V. organization, the Save the Children education project in Bangladesh, and clothing donations for people in crisis situations. We also encourage our employees to assume responsibility for their actions, as well as those of colleagues, partners, and customers.
