We Are Passionate about People and Fashion
As a family-owned company, “togetherness” in all its forms has interested us for over 50 years. We don’t just produce fashion for all the special moments life brings. It is also important to us in our day-to-day work that we accept responsibility for our actions and our togetherness, trust each other, and show strength for one another. This team spirit within our international team distinguishes the S.OLIVER GROUP.
How can we implement our values in our day-to-day work? In 2021 and 2022, we used the Values Weeks format in the company to place a special focus on our corporate values of responsibility, trust, and strength, and to take inspiration from our keynote speakers. In group discussions covering concrete examples we learned and established how these values can be actively integrated into our day-to-day lives and the way we work with our colleagues and partners.
Thomas Lurz, twelve-times world champion in open water swimming and HR Director of the S.OLIVER GROUP, talks about what it means to achieve big goals and be successful as a team. In our Fitness Challenge, we as employees put this inspiration directly into practice in various disciplines to do our part for charitable organizations. We donated a total of EUR 10,000 to the German Childhood Cancer Foundation’s Forest Pirate Camp, the Slovenian project “Botrstvo pod okriljem Zveze prijateljev Mladine,” which supports children and young people from families in need, and the Croatian organization “Hrkač” for treating sick children in Zagreb.
Social responsibility is integral to our corporate culture and a fundamental component of our corporate governance. Through various social projects, especially at our locations and in our procurement countries, we tackle current challenges and support people inside and outside our company.
For Future Generations
Accepting responsibility is an essential component of our corporate philosophy. As a family-owned company, we want to act in the interests of generations to come. That’s why we are committed to our comprehensive sustainability program.
The specific ways in which our everyday actions reflect our corporate values and ensure our integrity in our day-to-day work are outlined in the Code of Conduct of the S.OLIVER GROUP. The Code defines ten golden rules for lawful and responsible conduct for all employees. Together with the applicable legal requirements and internal guidelines, the Code of Conduct forms the reliable framework within which we operate every day.
It’s those exceptional moments, both large and small, in everyday working life that make working at the S.OLIVER GROUP special: the successful close-out of a project, a spontaneous brainstorming session or spending time with colleagues before and after work. We are providing these insights so that you know what to expect in your new job here.
