You are responsible for a certain region and act as the first port of call for our Store Managers as a manager and coach. You will not only focus on further training for our Retail employees, your day-to-day work will also involve being responsible for optimizing store processes, analyzing key figures, and contributing towards projects as well as our retail strategy.
As (Assistant) Store Manager (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for your store and manage it as if it were your own. In addition to the presentation of our collections, merchandise management and sales, the main focus is on staff management and motivation. You give everything for the success of your store, analyze our KPIs and are in regular exchange with our Area Managers (m/f/d) and the company headquarters.
The role of an Outfit Consultant is all about individual advice, personal customer service, and merchandise management. Your most important goal is to provide our customers with an optimal shopping experience and to inspire them to make a purchase. The basis of this is not only your education or professional experience, but also your personal enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and strong brands.
The role of our Visual Store Merchandisers is all about design, decoration, and visual marketing. When you start with us in this role, your most important tasks involve implementing our core design guidelines, creating sales-promoting visual incentives, and skillfully showcasing our collections. Our stores are one of the key touch points with our customers – that’s why we give our all to ensure they are true highlights of their shopping trips.
If you have a flair for fashion and sales, you like working with people and you’re looking for a varied working day, working as a Temporary Sales Assistant with us would be your perfect part-time job. With this role, you’ll become a key part of our team from your very first day, taking on responsibility for aspects such as product presentation or by being in direct contact with our customers.
